Frameless Bifold Door

Full Metal Backing  A thin film of vinyl sits behind most other mirrors. Our 24 gauge continuous metal backing ensures safety, rigidity, and provides the industry's finest operation.

Spot Welded Hinges  Unlike hinges that are attached with screws, our 10" of spot welded piano hinge never come loose.

Aluminum Track  Our heavy-duty track systems are quieter and stronger than steel tracks.

Adjustable Lower Pivot with Locking Assembly  Most doors use a ¼" x 2 ½" pivot that requires adjustment from beneath the door. Often the door must be removed for adjustment. Our 5/16" x 6" pivot can be easily adjusted after installation. We provide a locking assembly to maintain the proper door height.

Spring Loaded Guides  Like our adjustable pivot, this guide sets the standard. The 5/16" x 6" rod and tapered nylon bushing outperform all other guides.

4" Panel Stiffeners  Other manufacturers position their hardware in plastic corner blocks. Our hardware is located in a steel stiffener, which runs the entire with of the panel at top and bottom.

Custom Sizes  Series 1 doors are can be built to custom heights up to 96". We offer twenty different standard width doors.
